We are now accepting new patients for primary care with
Medical Mutual, UHC, Medicare, NGS, Molina, and Medicaid.
No appointment necessary.
Physicals:
Ohio Department of Transportation- $90 includes an EKG if needed (no drug screening)
Sport physicals include an EKG and urine test for $75
Diagnostic Testing:
- EKG
- Rapid Strep
- Urinalysis and Pregnancy
- ImmunoCap allergy testing- submitted through Quest Diagnostics
Minor Injuries:
- Burns
- Dislocations
- Lacerations- suturing and repair
- Minor Eye Problems
- Sprains
- Strains
